cycle in swimming and jogging - need help !!
Hello,
i wanna start a cycle in endurance sports.
At first a few facts about me:
1,84m
82kg (Fat- about 10-12%)
18years old
a bit more exactly:
I need it for swimming and jogging. I need more fast-strengthness, and more endurance in jogging.
i thought about taking Testo E. 250mg every 7 days, hGH (Jintropin) 2-3 i.u. every day.
and i wanna take epo until a value of about 52.
what do you think? Do you think i need hgh or is it useless if i take testo? or is it very helpfully?
It would be great if you could advice and help me, that i wont do any mistakes.

you need some english lessons more than advices (j/k )
if you only wanna inject once a week look for test undeconate but if you are goign to use test e you need to shoot 2x a week and even that will make blood levels a little bit unstable the more frequent injections the better
dont know shti about HGH other than 2-3ui is way too low to do anything and epo sounds great

guys, i know that i dont speak english perfectly, but im german and i dont know if you able to explain in other languages exactly the thing you wanna know. but thats another point...
i know that im just 18, but i wanna improve now. i need more power and strength. i wanna do the 200m delphin and i need to be faster an so on.
in jogging i did a half marathon in 1.15 and im running in the cooper-test (12min run) 3600m. Improving now, without the help of roids, seems so impossible, you know.
about hgh: taking more than 3 i.u. is so expensive.
how much testo would you suggest me to take? I dont wanna take to much, you know? Do you think 250mg/week wouldn't help in any way?
