My first Test E cycle

here's wht im gonna do for my first cycle, looking to be a big bulker. My question is what should i be taking to prevent sides?? milk thistle, niacin,hcg , sesathin????

2 weeks prior i will be taking liquidex at .25mg ed

Weeks 1–12 - Test E 500mg/wk
Weeks 1–12 - Nolva 10mg ED
Weeks 1–12 - Liquidex .25mg ED

PCT will start 2 weeks after last test e injection.
Weeks 1-4 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg Liquidex

I did 500mg/wk for 14 weeks for my first run ans gained 24lbs. Then lost it all due to pneumonia! Loved the cycle myself. Used Iranian Test Enan.

For PCT. I like to use HCG/Nolva/Proviron /Vit-E. Not Clomid. Too many side effects.

You may be ok just running L-Dex 0.5mg/ED as opposed to both L-Dex and Nolva. If you do decide to run both, Nolva and L-Dex (Anastrozole), increase the L-Dex, as Nolva in full clinical doses reduces anastrozole plasma levels by 27%.

which PCT did you think worked better? i dont really get any sides from clomid, so using that is no prob..im just curious as to which pct has worked better for you, aside from the side effects of clomid

HCG /Nolva/Proviron has worked well for me. I have just finished it. I start the HCG the day after the androgen being used is, no matter what the ester at 500ius/ED (weekdays) then start the full PCT, involving Nolva/Proviron when the estered androgen is no longer active. Follow?

I'm going to try stopping the more suppressive androgens being used, 3-4 weeks prior the PCT starts, whilst carrying on less suppressive androgens. Such as:

wk 1-6 Test Prop 75mg/ED
wk 1-10 Tbol 80mg/ED

HCG starts week 6.

I keep it on hand but I dont remember the last time I used it. The dex will work good.

Only if using massive doses of other AS IMO. Both may be needed to cover all bases when combating etrogen related sides. But, not combing Nolva/19-Nor's.

you can use hcg in your pct, 500iu/day for 3 weeks. i dont see a need tho.

you do not have to combine the nolva and adex. stick with the adex

also would it make a big diff if i jump start this cycle with prop for the first 4 weeks???? id rather save the money n not use it but if its gonna make a big dif then illl do it?

Just stick to the test e since this is your first cycle. You should definately see some gains from it.

I have a question. what are the things that come up in blue letters. I know that they are stuff you are taking along with test. at what ever it is you are taking but what are they and what are they for.thanks
