    yes you can but adex should be sufficient...bumb dosage to .5mg ed

    If using both. Incease your Arimidex dose as Nolva in full clinical doses reduces anastrozole plasma levels by 27%.

    Personally, I'd use Aromasin .

    CORRECT my friend.. I was just going to say that they lower/cancel eachother out in some way- I used this method for my first cycle bc thats what every1 recommended at that time... bump up the adex.. you dont need to run both.. im SURE at .5 or 1 mg per day you will be fine..
