Cycle help

Stats first: 30 yo, 6'4 215 lbs, 12% BF.
This will be my first cycle, I was going to try a Var only cycle, but after reading everything I decided to inject. I was thinking test e and var. Test e for 12 weeks and Var 6-12 weeks. What dosage of test e should I use? Var I was planning on 40 mg/day. Also what else should I take during the cycle and what for a PCT?

1. 250-500mg/wk for 10-12 weeks.

2. Start at 60mg/ED and adjust the dose comparing gains/sides.

3. AI's? Aromsin, Letro, Arimidex , Proviron , Liquidex? Ring any bells?

4. AI/SERM and I like HCG too. Mines:

wk 1-3 HCG 500ius/ED (Weekdays)
wk 1-5 Nolva 20mg/ED
wk 1-6 Proviron 50mg/ED

Bloodwork is done 5-6 weeks after PCT ends. Creatine/L-Glutamine/Vit-E and all other Vits are also used.

. I would run your var the last 8wks of your cycle right up to one day prior to starting PCT.

you dont have to DO what you READ here.. most is parroted by morons.. you could run var and have great gains.. dont let ppl tell you other wise.. it all comes down to what your goals are.. I used test e and loved it.. I am using var right and its its pretty good as well.. all what you want to do.. just bc you dont inject doesnt mean you wont grow.. my boy loved dbol and var.. hes jacked and swears by it.. i want to see somebody say that the combo doesnt work.. dont buy the parroting bs bro.. good luck
