it all depends mate when im cuting up 2twice aweek cause im doing more reps than with litter weights when bulking ones a weekcause of the heavy weights i tax da body with im constanly changing it.example bulking mon chest ,tuesd shoulders and tric,wed legs abs calves thurs,back and biceps frid cardio sat sun rest .small muscles recover faster than big muscles like chest andback so if abs calve etc are ready to go ill hit them on sat or sun for a little while,ill stick to this program for 3 weeks then change it to shock da body

Once per week. Technically the arms get it twice with the following:
Day 1: Chest/Shoulders
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Off
Day 5: Arms
Day 6: Legs
Day 7: Off

I do triceps 2, abs 3 and calves 2 times/week rest 1
Like barbells and shredz said, if i do more i get over trained fast
