    bulking and keeping it

    does any one have any good stacks for bulking up and keeping most to all of your gains??

    Honestly there is no magic stack that is going to give you gains that you will keep without:

    1. PCT
    2. A great diet on and off cycle
    3. Good training on and off
    4. Proper amount of rest for you body to recover.

    proper pct, and believe it or not Creatine always helped me with keeping gains also

    Getting the gaines is easy keeping it is the hard thing. I did the mistake of at the end of my cycle I took a break, bad news. Lost almost 3/4 of what I gained. My break consisted of almost 2 months. Once your cycle is done make sure to stay at the gym. It does kinda mess with your head thinking since your not taking aas your not going to gain.

    I believe tappering down and not letting your body crash help keep gains.
