Couple questions regarding my next cycle

What's up guys - I'm going to use a Test only cycle for my next cycle, first cycle was a TBol only one, which I probably shouldn't have done, but received solid gains off it. About the test, would 400mg/week be sufficient? Or should I go with the more common 500mg/week

With either one I was planning on injecting half on Monday and the other half on Thursday. I also planned on running letro for 15 days before first injection. And I couldn't decide whether to run nolva during cycle or arimidex during cycle.

Let me know any suggestions. By the way, I'm 24, 5 10, 190, been lifting for 10 years, body fat relatively low, unsure what it is exactly though.

Run nolva and for the test twice a week is fine.

See how you react then go for a more complex cycle.

What is the purpose of running Letro for 15 days before your cycle starts ?

to get blood levels of it stable, if you plan on running in during th ecycle that is.

Intersting ! For the life of me I dont know why you would want to run Letro in a cycle at all. It is a last resort for treating gyno IMO, it doesnt need to be run in a cycle at all when you have a-dex which is effective against estrogen and bloat with none of the sides of letro.

Yea, I wouldnt run it unloess it was tren or a high dose 19 nor.

I don't know, I read something C Bino said about Letro 2 weeks before first injcetion is an effective way to prevent gyno

Should I run the nolva or arimidex ?

nolva will be fine IMO but use whatever you want.

22g gauge needles? or 23g gauge?

I'm guessing either one will be great, but is one of them better than the other for injecting test? Obviously it's oil based so 22 or 23 are basically the only options

I believe he was referring to those who are gyno prone and plan to run it full cycle. IMO you should be fine starting ldex with your first inject thru the cycle.

23g will be much more comfortable, and you can even go smaller, yes even with an oil, I usually shoot 25g 1" for all shots/substances except glutes. Also I would go 500mg/wk.

When shooting in body parts other than glutes, would going halfway in be OK with a 1" needle?

500mg/wk for 12 weeks is what I'm doing
