This is my first post, i'm Steve from Scotland and i'm a noob.
It's been a while since i've been to the gym. Years ago I went regularly and i've been a bit ashamed that i've not been back for so long.
I wanted some incentive so i've aquired some sweeties through a mate who knows someone built like a tank.
I'd just like some advice on whether i'm doing the right thing or not.
for the last 2 weeks,
I've been taking 3 protein shakes a day which are the nutrisport 90+ ones along with semi skimmed milk.
i've been taking 2 thai pinks (is that dianabol?) one in morning and one at night
i've been taking longish brown pills one in morning, one at lunch and one at night (like a clear pill with brown powder inside it)
i've been taking 3 chunky brown round tablets along with my meal.
I know i should know what i'm putting in my body but i trust my mate and he trusts this guy and I don't really care all that much anyway, i just want to get ripped lol
I'll find out what i'm taking next time my mate sees the guy, but he can't remember, he said he had it written down but lost the bit of paper.
apart from that i've been hitting the gym every two days and just intensively working out 1 or 2 groups at a time and leaving to rest these groups for about 6 days.
I know it's early but I think I can see a difference already, could this be right??? or am i imagining things?
