Could be completely fine too, give it a few dasy and see if it gets worse or warm to the touch.
I had a baseball size knot in my glute for almost 2 weeks on my first cycle, third shot and I was fine, just had to do the same glute twice in a row, carefully choosing a place that would not interefer with the last injection site.
Go to a doc to be safe but this is very very common and useually is no big deal but, ya never know.

Not my first shot of susts. But first shot in that place. I have taken deca before. But to be truthfully never notice because there was no pain. By the way do you recommend spot injections with sust..Once again thanks for tips
