I would go with a single estered test like Test E or Cyp instead of Sust for a second cycle. This way you only have to deal with ONE ester instead of 4
5'10" and 240 on only 2500 calories doesn't sound right to me?????

If you go with the sust, I would do 500mgs/week

Some say to shoot EOD or E3D you will have to research a bit more and decide which way you want to shoot it.
What about PCT???? do you know what that is and if so, what will you do for it??
