    I really like Test E- first cycle update

    Ok so I've officially completed 4 weeks on my first cycle. I am running Test E at 500mg a week, and although slightly unorthodox I ran winny from weeks 1-4 and will run it again for weeks 8-12 (the last 4 weeks) at 50mg a day. The test has definetely kicked in, I do feel a difference in my workout especially as far as endurance goes. I've gone on a diet of 3,000 calories a day- at least 80 grams of protein every day. I have managed to gain 14 pounds up to this point. I am now 5'9 231 lbs. The best part about the whole thing is that I didnt even realize it until people started making comments about looking "diesel". I would definetely recommend the enth for a first timer- although Prop kicks in quicker I think that's too many injections for a newb and at least my enth is painless. Just thought I'd share that with you.

    "at least 80 grams of protein every day" hopefully your getting way more than that.

    I am also loving the test e i jump started with prop all sorts of shot but a good start

    yeah that was my average for last week (80g protein)- I was out of town and it was hard to keep up...

    You need to get that to 300g plus a day man

    for real dude i eat 80grams my first two meals i am not really sure how you are making such good gains with only an average of 80g

    Even 250 would be better than 80.. and up your total calories to around 4k.. Come on, make the most of the test.

    Nah you guys that was an average of last week- I was out of town for 3 days and honestly all I ate was salad and fruit and a few protein bars. I usually eat 250-400 but I basically figured I ate no protein for 3 days when I did the Math. I usually keep it written down. My first 2 weeks average about 330 a day.

    I would imagine my bf is prob about 12-13% now. I haven't had it checked since I started my cycle, I was 18% then. I could of dieted more before I started the cycle and now I kinda wish I did but ya live and learn. Although just the mentality of being on AAS has forced me to eat right and lift much more. How do I put the pictures on? I don't have any from when I started but I'll put one from now on. I'll have to hit the tanning bed up first- I am WHITE!!

    5'9" 230 @ 12-13% is pretty big....but i doubt you dropped 6% bf in 4 weeks

    agreed, got any photos? also up your cals for 230 pound syou should be eatting 4,500+ cals a day.

    also pile on the coomplex carbs - potatoes, pasta, bread . my fav is oats though in prridge form or flapjack. has a bit of sugar too so blend of simple/complex carbs .

    I was taking ephedrine and doing Cardio to drop the fat at first and I kept my calories low because I knew the Test wasnt going to kick in for a few weeks. As the calories go and I'll prob get flamed for this- I dont even have the time to eat 4500+ calories a day. I try to eat as much as possible, and I drink this "muscle milk" stuff. I didnt want to just blow up, I wanted to gain muscle and not fat. I cant be exact on the bf% I had it checked about a week and a half before the cycle started, I'm only guessing it to be 12 or 13%- just because I lost like 2 inches in my waist. How do I post pictures in here?
