In general, domestic is safer but international is cheaper. Good international sources relabel the bottles and that makes it impossible to get seized by customs.

there are sources who rquire WU payment sent international but they ship domestic. Tiger if thats what your asking its normal. I dont even know who to tell you to PM for a source check with all the changes around here.
