    How long to wait between Cycles?

    I just got off a Sust/Deca cycle. I popped my last clomid 3 days ago and am pumped, ready to start another one. However Im not sure how safe this is. How long should I wait between cycles?

    I thinking about a 400mg Deca a week for 12 or so weeks next, just to keep some light gains going before I really cut and try to lower this body fat a bit.

    The Sust/Deca cycle was my first, and like I said Im ready to go again. How long should I wait? Or can I jump right on the Deca w/o a problem? Thx
