If so how much do you find that this helps w/ dissapation, pain and anything else you can think of?

i personally havent done it but ive read that its good to run some warm water over it to help with the pain

i do it everytime... it makes the injection easier, increasing flow...

I run the amp under warm water to heat it a little and with vials if I heat it I'll use a hair dryer on the syringe after pulling out what I need.

nope, i draw it into the syringe... warm under water... then change the needle and inject...

I used to warm it under tap water, got lazy, now I bend over and my girl throw's it like a dart right in my ass cheek.

my first shot was painful as hell!!! almost a week of pain. since i read about warming it up, went ahead and gave it a try and now its painless all the time. i also rub it vigoursly for about 2 minutes after injecting. just drop the vile in a tea cup of hot water for about five minute..

First couple of times did not and it hurt like hell...now I heat the vial in a cup of hot tap water....much better and smoother.

I use a heating pad on high to heat my geat first in the vials while I'm preparing the 18 ga for withdrawing, then fill syringe, change needles and put them in the folded over heating pad while I'm sterilizing my ass cheeks. Makes a huge difference along with ibuprofin

I do it. But heating your ass after is even better. Really, sitting on a heating pad for a while after & massaging the area makes a big diff..

I never warm the the oil but when i was running Stan 100 from QV i warm my injection site before and after shoot,it realy work for me...

i throw my amp or bottle right on the stove element get er good n hot, draw wait to cool a lil bit and pump er in, wait till its about body temp

Yup, heating both the aas, and injection site helps. Massaging afterwards is one of the best things you can do.

my mate had problems with his needles popping off and juice squirting out untill he started heating it up, definitely works...

just make sure that u dont heat it up too much cause injecting hot oil will hurt!!
i used to warm it up, but now i just leave the steroids in room temp anyway and that will do for me cant be bothered with waiting around for things to warm up then cool down

ran under hot water till it thins a lil, but taht was after a abscess formed once, so i was a lil paranoid, but never happnd again.!

I used the microwave to heat up test prop. It helps ease the pain alot! 15-20 seconds does the trick. My last batch of prop was 200mg/ml and it was crystallized. Using the microwave got rid of the crystals and help. But as mentioned in previous post just make sure it’s not too hot.

I was skeptical at first too. But it helps the oil spread out and absorb instead of lumping up.

i warm mine up like baby formula, i put the vile in a cup of hot water, that usually does the trick for me

A heating pad on high for a couple of minutes. In the barrell with a new pin. The whole event shot, dispersion and soreness seemed to go better this way.
