    high blood pressure/short of breath

Hi, what can you do if your BP is high?
im on 500mg test cyp\600mg EQ ew.

also short of breath and very easily winded, starting to freak me out. i got some blood work done, but i dont have results yet. if i bend down to tie my shoes, i will start huffing, and my chest feels a little tight, like if i take a deep breath it is not penetrating totally.

    thank you

If your BP is higher than boarderline I would see a doctor and get a prescription. Thats what I did. I take benicar now, its an ACE inhibitor. BP now well under control at all times.

How is your diet and sodium intake? Make sure your diet is clean because you could be retaining alot of water. I would also look into Hawthorn berry or other BP supps

Yeah, ive had that too. Not exactly sure what causes it but I feel like BP might be an issue. That nolva is doing nothing to combat high bp, should take arimidex instead.

The shortness of breath is from the extra weight and water retention. I would order an AI from LION and jump on asap

I have exactly the same problem but its not BP or high RBC count. Th Dr reckons the test can caause a drop in Cotizol levels leading to a slight thickening of the lung walls and a bit of fluid gting into the lungs. I am on a puffer at the moment which isnt doing anything. dude you have nod idea how close your symptoms are to mine

If you have insurance and the doctor is willing, I would get an ultrasound of your heart done by a cardiologist. This would rule out most problems associated with your symptoms. They could measure your ejection fraction that way. Is your heart rate much faster than normal? If your resting heart rate is high that would be a bad sign.

That is hard to say, even if you had a problem the doctor couldnt say for sure it was caused by the AAS. I developed cardiomyopathy and it was discovered during an ultrasound and a nuclear imaging test. I went off of everything for maybe 6 months and my heart went back to normal. I have run some heafty cycles since then and had several tests run over the course of a year or more and it has never come back. So I would say in my case at least it wasnt the AAS.
I had the same symptoms you describe, thats why I brought up running the tests. Certain viruses can cause cardiomyopathy too.
