my question is i'm just finishing up week one of the test p/eq and have actually lost weight. I'm eating very clean and about 2500 - 3000 calories a day. My goal is to get defined and harder but i didn't expect to get smaller. Am i not eating enough? I don't want to get soft and don't want to lose my abs (it took a long hard time to get them). With this in mind should i bump my calories up or do you think that maybe the gear is bad?
