You wanna consume A suffitient amount of proteins Post Work Out.
Get in as much protein as you can spread throughout the day...

No specific time. I suck down 3-4 a day to get my protein intake up enough.
Just make sure you get one in post workout with some simple carbs(dextrose, maltodextrose) for glycogen replenishment.
THe best time would be in the morning/after your workout/and at night THE MORe THE BETTER![]()
Be sure you get one in after your workout along with 60 grams of glucose; take one in before night night too.
Post workout is very important, but other than that drink it enough throughout the day to get your desired amount of protien. If you are not sure how much protien you should be getting per day post your stats and we'll help ya out.
i try to drink a meal replacement in the morning, usually around 10, then i drink a whey protein shake within 30 minutes of the end of my workout. sometimes i'll throw in another before bedtime.
im 6' 190 lbs. approx 14-15% body fat.
