Im going to be starting on my second cycle any comments would be greatly appreciated, diet comments is 3,000 calories enough
stats
5'11
160 pounds
age 22
3 years training
1-12 weeks
500 mg enathate
300 mg eq
liquidex nolva while on .25 ldx 10 mg nolva
clomid + nolva 1-4 weeks afterwars
nolva 20mg ED
clomid -300mg 1st day
100mg 2nd day to 7th then reduced to 50 mg until finish
1st cycle gained 15 pounds lost 10 because of a 2 week only PCT poor choice
sus/dd
new to the game ---------->

second cycle? at 160 pounds? dude you need to eat, eat and eat . chill on the steroids .

AAS will do you absolutely NO good as you already found out with your previous cycle.
At your height, I would not use AAS until I got to at least 190# naturally!!
If you are not eating correctly to grow, you will not grow on AAS
Go spend some time in the diet forum and look at what you are doing wrong , Please do not use AAS right now

I don't get were all these little guys get the idea to even use steroids . Media hype oh yeah!

yeah SMAN12B is right. I believe you would regret it in the future. I didnt start any asa until i reached 230 or so. trust me it will be better, youll know your body better

there is no way you can go from 155 to 160 on your first cycle unless you are vegan

when i started training I was only 145 pounds max weight was at 170 my metabolism sucks wont let my body put on too much weight and keep it
i changed my diet over the years to eating more, 3,000 calories 200g protein alot of carbs pasta chicken eggs protein shakes blah blah still having troubles with the weight im shredded but no bulk
