    should i switch inject sites.

I'm on a sust 250 cycle. I'm in my second week and i'm doing 500 a week. (tueday 250, thurs 250). I've been injecting in quads with a 1-1/2 inch 23g pin. The pain I'm getting from theese shots really suck. I've heard sust can be a painful shot so i was kind of prepared for it. If i begin shooting my delts, will i get the same pain as i get in my quads? Should i use a different size pin for delts, and how far in should i go?

I just started week 7 of my Sust250 cycle and I don't even feel it when it goes in. The pain fades with time. Rotate sites.

    Quads and Ventroglutes- 1in
    Glutes- 1 1/2in
    Delts-5/8 - 1in

This varies with your body size. If you are a bigger guy you'll need longer pins. I am about 190lbs and use a 25g 1in for everything, quads, delts, glutes, ventroglutes, tris, and bis. Expirament a little after the pain starts to subside. Until then, man up! Good luck.

Thats great news, because i can hardly walk the next day after shots. People at work ask why i'm limping, but how many weeks in a row can 1 guy suffer a debilitating charlie horse?

I heated the Sust up for a bit for extraction and kept it over the burner to keep it warm before sticking. Only place I had pain was 1st shot of week 1 in my rear and week 10 shot 2 in my shoulder that hurt like a sumbitch. Try heating it up a little before you inject, also not sure if everyone does this but massage the HELL outta the injection site as soon as you pull out the needle. that helped me and my buddy said it helped him during his last cycle.

i always rotate sites because it can lead to scar tissue with continous injecting into same sight. i always shoot both quads, both pecs, both bi's and delts in sequence
