There are many different combinations. Nothing is perfect man. You havent provided us with one single stat about yourself and want us to develop a cycle out of thin air for someone we know absolutely notihng about? Not only is that dangerous, but its just rude imo.
whats ur cycle experience?
You will have to do some reserch first and come up with a cycle/stack and post it up, you will have to do some work yourself, also include your stats/training,cycle history and goals.
Was that a question? Well since you are looking for the "perfect" "hormone-free" cycle I will develop a cycle for you as well as provide a source because I'm just a nice guy. Bino, machdiesel, marcus, and I all use this same source and it's been checked time and time again by a lot of bodybuilders. Can you take a wild guess? Grocery store suckaaaOriginally Posted by dumber

On a more serious note...give us stats about yourself..and be detailed![]()
Its not for me its for my mate hes 203lb 6ft 13%bf. hes already done 2 cycles this will be his third and he really wants to bulk up on this one
or and hes been training for nearly 4 years
Tell him the real key is calorie & protein consumption during cycle. Don't count on gear, regardless of the type or combination, they won't do the trick without lots of food. Not bars and shakes either, they can as titled supplement his intake, but the bulk (pun intended) needs to come from ACTUAL food (clean calories, not garbage), eaten at specific 2-2.5hr intervals for proper processing.Originally Posted by dumber
Lastly, he'd better be lifting his bum of as the Brits say. The lack of proper muscle stimulation is another typical pitfall.

he eats clean food every 2 -2half hours and trains really hard in the gym.hes having problems cause of work

What do you mean "problems"?

Gaining weight
Im not tryin to be a dick here. But someone who has done 2 cycles and been training for 4 years and eating clean about 7 meals per day would not have the stats of 6' 200 lbs and 13%bf. Just doesnt add up. I mean people just assume they eat well adn what not but really have no idea what it takes.Originally Posted by dumber
I mean I know everyone has different genetics but it just doesnt add up for me.
Its only recantly hes started the job hes in
Bino is absolutely right.
And you didn't answer my question. We know he has problems gaining weight. You said he has problems because of work. What problems...training, eating or both? Regardless, if work is hampering one of these he'll stay right were he is, and shouldn't bother with aas further until he gets a job that permits him to use them appropriately. Or, he can keep shoveling useless cycles and cash into a dumpster.

Week 1-12
Test E 250mg twice a wk
Eq 200mg twice a wk
D-bol 20-30mg a day
10mg of nolva a day
wait till your compounds have cleared before starting pct
PCT: HCG 500 iu eod or so for 3weeks
Nolva 20mg-40mg ed for a month
I consider bulking about how one eats during a cycle, not what compounds an individual runs
Diet: Eat every 2 hours or so
21 calories per pound of your goal weight (ex. 230x21)
At least 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight (get as much as you can get) Just my 2cents.
We all had to start somewhere, and this guy is no different. He gave the stats and now he seems to just want some info, seems fair enough to me.
Hey bro, tell your friend to get on here and do some research...you're getting all the flaming for him....so i suggest if YOU want to learn about cycles...read and ask questions....oh thats right its for your mate....yea ok.Originally Posted by dumber
Thanks for the hepl d-money.And its the job hes in thts preventing him from gaining weight cause of the change in eating hours
Oh ok...why would you go against all of the seniors and other members...I dont think this guy is even honest..he said it was for his mate...Bullsh*t.Please ...next time have a bit more respect for seniors, vets and Hall of fame members who time out to really help.Originally Posted by D-Money
I don't think anyone is arguing the veracity of his request. But rather questioning his ideology as marked by unsuccessful past methods, as well as the obstacles (namely occupational) to his future success. As aptly pointed out below:Originally Posted by D-Money

I hear ya big max, and I do have mad respect for what the mods, vets, hall of famers etc. do on ARR. And I know I've learned a lot from you guys. But my reason for being here is to learn, pass my knowlege to others. I just don't see the logic in flaming an individual(with in reason) for not posting stats, critisizing someone for there lack of disipline when it comes to diet. If someone has a ginuine interest, I just want to help. I was expecting a response like yours when I wrote my post. My goal was not to chalenge Mods or Vets by posting that info. My apologies.Originally Posted by Bigmax
