Bulk Cycle - yay or nay?
hello fella's!
Bit of a newbie on here, so hope im following all the rules and have posted this in the correct place! my apologies if i havent.
Have read some great advice on this forum, so just getting you guys to check what you think!
Just after a bit of advice on this cycle -
Have juiced before, but not for a couple of years, and have to admit, did it all wrong the first time!!
Am mid-20's, 5`11, 12.75 stones (180lbs) and 13% bf.
Am looking to bulk off this course and have gone for -
weeks 1 & 2 - 250mg sus + 250mg test enth + 20mg dbol per day
weeks 3 to 5 - 250mg sus + 250mg test enth
weeks 6 & 7 - 250mg sus + 250mg test enth + tamoflexin 20mg per day
weeks 7 to 10 250mg sus + 250mg test enth
week 12 HCG shots + (initial 300mg of clomid) then 100mg per day
week 13 Clomid 100mg per day + Tamoflexin 40mg per day
week 14 Clomid 50mg per day + Tamoflexin 40mg per day
Have added tamoflexin on weeks 6 & 7 to stop any gyno n to make sure at the peak of the course spare test isnt turned in2 estrogen.... this worth doing or a waste of time?
Any advice from comments or advice on this would be much appreciated!

how long have you been training for? 5'11" @ 180lbs and 13% bf is kind of small...before we discuss your cycle, what does your diet look like?

well been training for 4 years now - mainly used to concentrate on loosing body fat as used to be 20% (mainly on belly!) - so now am more toned than bulked.
i try and make the effort on what i eat (extra portion of carbs n proteins morning and afternoon only added recently though)
7am start - where i have a bowl of porridge and an 3 egg omlet (done in microwave rather than using oil to cook it)
8:45am - have oats bar and first protein shake of the day -
11am - portion of carbs (spud salad or rice / pasta etc) + portion of protein (bit of chicken or half a can of tuna)
1:30pm - lunch
3pm - another portion of carbs n protein
6pm - evening meal
7pm - protein shake + banana
8pm - work out
9:30pm - last protein shake, banana
my work out i break up into 4 days - one day of pure cardio (do a lot of swimming) and the other 3 days i split my workout. (ie back n chest one day, shoulders n legs another, n arms n general workout the remaining day)
anything else you need to know?

Why run sus and test E at the same time? If its just because those are what you happen to have at hand then i would run the sus first as you will get it to kick in a little quicker due to it containing faster acting esters then once you have used up your sus carry on with the test e at same dosage. I would run the Dbol for 4 weeks. I would run tamoxifen from the start as it will help a little with sides from the dbol and sus. I would sriously revise your diet as you will not increase your size on those limited calories. I would shoot for about 5000 cal

well havent ordered anything yet (have supply so no one worry!)
would u say just order test enth n not bother with the sus?
what would you suggest for the extra colories? ive always aimed at carbs and proteins rather than calories as in the past my goal as been to loose body fat.

i would run just the test E. Sus is a little more complex as it is a blend of four different esters and needs to be shot EOD to maintain stable blood levels whereas Test E can be shot once a week.
I would increase my intake of carbs around workout time. Pre workout have some decent carbs and protein (brown rice and chiken or porridge and egg whites) then as soon as you have finished workout drink a shake with 40g whey and 80g dextrose. This will spike your insulin level and drive aminos and nutrients into the muscle. an hour after workout consume another proper meal as you did pre workout. I would then avoid any other carbs after this and eat a pro/fat meal before bed. Cottage cheese is good.
