So last week I kind of lost my sh*t and partied my *ss off pretty much every night. It was week 6 of my cycle. Because me being a drunk fool, obviously my diet slacked. This week I calmed the F down, but I'm afraid I may have ruined it. I've gained 8 lbs of lean muscle so far. My face and neck are bloated, but otherwise I'm ripped. I'm back on my diet now and I'm going to be taking it easy and smarten up for the rest of my cycle.

week 1-8 300 mg deca
week 7-13 50mg winny ed
week 5-10 .5mg letro
also, I started taking the letro for bloat. Should I continue that through PCT? PCT is nolva/clomid.
