Alright, stepped on the scales at the gym today and almost lost it. I started this cycle three weeks ago at 226, today 240. I couldn't believe it, but when I started to think about it I am eating about 3000 cals a day with my carb to protien ration at 3 to 1. Taking OpNut wieght gainer and protein amongts other things.Can't wait to see what happens in another three weeks. Of course most of it is probably water from the d-bol, but I like to think not.
