bros - did 2cc of suspension and wroked out, and i was getting chills and tingles all over? is that normal?

i think its normal bro, the same happens to me, but only when i am doing cardio.

i have noticed 2 hours after i inject suspension, i get these tingles and rushes under my skin....kind of like what it feels like when you take minithins....

so, i guess i should be shooting susp 2 hours prior to a workout?

when do you all shoot suspension, as in, what times of the day...before work and pre-workout?
