Is there a "Best" spot to inject at and wich one is the least painful

Its different for everyone, the very least painfull for me is triceps. to put a better perspective on your question for me its glues then delts and legs are last.

No best spot IMO . Sure people have their favorites. You should be rotating sites anyways so you do not build up scar tissue.. So you will probably end up hitting all of them anyways..

Glute shots are great, quads can hurt sometimes, delts are easy to hit.

make sure you use the correct size pin and inject very slowly, dont' rush it now matter how much you just wanna juice !!

do you know how to aspirate ??
you must do this everytime or you risk injecting into a vein which is terrible to do and you will know imediately by uncontrollable coughing

Glutes=23 g 1.5 inch pins
delts & quads = 23g 1" pins....usually

I agree. Always try to rotate injections sites to keep scar tissue minimal. I personally like delt injections.
