iam a little confused on how to administer hcg during cycle and or pct. I have been reading 500 iu every 5th day is sufficiant to keep testes in check up until end of cycle and then pct. Is this corect?

If you are trying to get yopur natural level back bc they were surpressed...what is the dosage recommended to get it back. I know the half life is 3-4 days and ive been reading 5,000 iu a week?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Myself i like to use 500iu eod 1/2 way through my cycle to boost natural test,and 500iu eod in my pct. not everyone agrees with this method but many on this forum does. everyone is diffrent so you need to find what works for you. I dont like to use large amounts once per week because of estrogen conversion. small amounts like 500 or 250 I like better.

Everyone is different, so you may need to tweek your dosages and timing a bit to fit your body, but 500 iu every five days throughout my cycle keeps the testicles full and sexy.
