I had a question on working out while on juice. Most people will say not to train the same bodypart more than once per week. But some say that this only applies to non-juicers. I am a shotputter and Triceps and Chest are a key to my shotput strength so I was wondering if it would be ok for me to work my Chest and Triceps at least twice per week on 500mg of test per week? Or will I be overtraining?
