Is it ok to inject into a sore muscle?
I have switched to ED on my prop shots. The only question that I have is...is it ok to inject into a sore muscle, or is it going to hurt when the shot goes in? I am switching sites...but it is time for my left deltoid and it is still sore from the last shot there. I am sure its ok...but I want to make sure the muscle isnt going to spasm or anything when the shot goes in. I need to do my shot tonight...so quick advice is appreciated. Thanks

It wont really hurt but it will might be a little more sore because of the injection.

How many sites are you shooting into? If you rotate delts and glute then it should be ok after 4 days!

No probs injecting into a sore muscle but as stated above it could compound the problem a little. Try and rotate a minimum of 6 sites.
