ok, i have been reading this forum for a month or so now, doing some research. i havent run across some stuff with direct answers for me so here goes. started working out again 7 months ago, was terribly out of shape(fat). weighed in at 255 lbs while only being 5'6. bodyfat was 37%. over the last 7 months have dropped to 215 lbs and 24% bodyfat by diet and exercise only but have run into numerous plateaus along the way. was looking for an edge to help with the fat buring why working out and building strength and muscle. some guys from my gym suggested tern/winstrol combo, another said clen/winstrol combo, and i heard eq/deca combo also. any advice for a first timer in my position would be greatly appreciated.
