i know its not a steroid but its been mentioned a few times in here.
ive just got 5 x 5mls vials and ive shot 1 vial into my lower ab area. the area being about 3inches x 5 inches.
i shot it equally about every inch. iused a 30g needle and shot about 8mm into the fat.
does this sound about right? this was about 3 days ago and its pretty tender and a little swollen but apart from that its ok. i got this info from varios sites but i read somewhere on here that a guy shot about 15ml into one area.
comments anyone?
