    Are Anti-Estrogens Dangerous?

I go to an endocrinologist who has no problems prescribing me injectable steroids like Test Cyp, but today I asked for a prescription for an anti-estrogen like arimidex and he told me that all anti-estrogens like arimidex were very dangerous.

I asked him why and he would not give me a decent answer.

Why are all doctors so freaken flippant about AAS?

I can never get two doctors to agree on the same things and they always have conflicting concepts on how AAS should be taken that do not seem to be based on logic.

What was he talking about? How are anti-estrogens dangerous?

There are many doctors out there that prescribe arimidex long-term to men who are talking propecia or avodart for male pattern baldness.

Strong anti estrogens can really mess up your cholesterol level for some users, but many dont really consider them dangerous....

Taking 0.5 mg of arimidex ED is not too bad right?

That's what I recommended and the doctor claimed that this was very dangerous.

0.5 mg can be quite suppressive to estradiol production. you need estrogens for alot more things that just good cholesterol values. i would agree long-term use of anti-es can be dangerous, esp when NOT used with AAS.
