    Hey Guys Newb Question About My First Cycle Test/Deca

    My 1st Cycle is as follows: Im 25 my height is 5'8 and my weight is 165lbs

    I take one shot on monday and one on thursday for a total of x2 a week.

    I take .5 cc/ml of test (500mg/mL Vial) and 1.0 cc/ml(300mg/mL Vial) of deca

    I also take x3 tablets of D-Bol (Morning,Lunch,Dinner)

    I also take x1 Nolvadex

    I am also following a good diet (eating 6-7 times a day or so)

    What do you guys think about this cycle?

    Is the dosage too low, if so, should I increase?

    AND how long after I should see results?

    What is you age, weight height cycle and workout experience. Also how is the juice dosed in mg's

    I need all your stats... height, weight, age, training, bf,, Also you need to give me mgs of your test/ Deca and dbol for example, test 250 .... we all need a whole lot more information in order to help you... whats ur plans for PCT ?

    Im 25 yrs old. Weight: 165 Height is 5'8 Cycle: Listed Above, Workout experience - 1yr Deca is 300mg's and Test is 500mg's.

    Deca 300mg's and Test 500mg's

    As far as PCT i have no idea yet, i just started this cycle 3 weeks ago, i have 7 weeks to go.

    For best results is to run it for at least 12 weeks, also make sure you run the test for 2 weeks after you stop the deca

    If you what to keep some good gains you better consider your pct, and get it in order.

    I agree with donpinn you should NEVER start a cycle without having eveyrthing ahead of time, very bad, if your going to hit 500mg a wk for test , and 300 of deca a wk then thats good to go

    im hitting 500mg/mL a week for the test "steroidzz" because im taking .5 mg/mL of test two times a week. which makes it 1.0 mg/mL a week.

    Bro..the cycle is fine ...but get your pct ...dont wait and have it on hand....The important thing here now is your nutritional intake while ON cycle.

    WOW bro thats alot of gear for a first cycle ... be a shame if you got bad sides .... thats why it's important for your first cycle to take things a little easy brotha .... becasue the first mistake is starting out too high because you can never go back low and would miss out on some real good gains .. hell man i tip 300 + bulking and i run high numbers ..... of AAS, but got the frame and gentics ..... But rule of thumb is that 400-600mg test is ideal for a first cycle for 10-12 weeks ... Also need to put just as much time and research in to PCT ... and Anti 'E because belive me when I say you can put on 15 plus pounds with a test only cycle put bad PCt loose it all ... been there learned the hard way .... But diet eating taking in 4000 plus cals a day thats where all the magic happens

    This is my diet.

    Meal # 1 - Breakfast 6:00 AM (Time I wake up for work)
    Oatmeal (1 Cup), (6) Egg Whites, 1 Scoop protein (Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey) (1) Tablespoon Flax Oil

    Meal # 2 Snack Time 9:00AM
    Fruits (Apple, Strawberries, etc) (2) Scoops protein, (1) Serving of nuts/almonds

    Meal # 3 Lunch 12:00PM
    Tilipia,Chicken,Lean Ground Turkey (One of those) with (1) Cup Brown Rice

    Meal # 4 Post Workout 4:00PM ( I work out from 3-5 PM )
    (2) Scoops of protein with approx. 50 Grams of sugar--> (To Spike insuliin levels) (Mixed with water)

    Meal # 5 6:00PM
    NON-FAT MEAL - Tilipia/Chicken Breast with 1 1/2 Cup of brown rice

    Meal # 6 9:00PM
    Skirt Steak/Salmon and (1) Cup brown rice

    Meal # 7 - Before Bedtime (Around 12AM)
    (1) Scoop proteirn, (1) Serving of nuts/almonds or (1) Tablespoon Flax oil

    What do you guys think?
