Theres 1,000,001 opinions on how to use hcg. Personally I only use it on and not for pct but you will find different opinions in the pct forum.

when given medicly its normaly used at 500iu ED for 20 days
in AAS there are more opinions on it than poodles in japan

I started my hcg when I began to notice my nuts shrinking. Now I take It every monday and thursday during the cycle. Nuts look good. Some people start it in week four of there cycle. But all really depends on what your going to be taking. What are you going to cycle? Ans for how long
