kidney pain or what??

what up guys, ok I am week 4.5 on test cyp only cycle, about week ago I started getting tightness on my right front side( about 2 inches across my belly botton) its not a pain, feels like something pushing on it, i don't know if it kidneys, I had kidney pains before and it felt i have back pumps, but this one is only right side and its not pain more like something pushing on it or like pinching lite feeling feeling, and it comes and goes. I drink more than 1.5 gallons of water aday, has anybody had same problem? is it kidney? thanks for advance guys

test Cyp 500mg/week
Avodart -EOD have been on more than 10 weeks
Nolva- 10mg/ED
muti-vitamins on and off about week now.

Plese explain where this is in relation to you belly button. Does it hurt when you do anything? Does any thing relieve it? Ever had it before? Describ the pain, dull, sharp, stapbbing? happen when you breath? how much pain 1-10 scale 10= worst.

its about 2 inches away from belly botton on right side, as far as pain its like 1, its doesnt change when i breath, it just comes and goes but its constantly since last week. never had same feeling before, its might sound funny but it feels like something moving inside then i get feeling that something tight inside.

Thats asending colon, small intestine area..divrticlitis but would be unlikely in a young male...possible beginning of apendicitis(this would hut bad)? possibly nothin. press hard on the area and let go quick. Pain?

Kidney pain hurts like a *itch and wiuld be around the back next to your spine. Take your fist and tap on you back at the bottom of you ribs...if its kidney youll hollar.

i pressed on and no pain and also tapped on my back to see kidney pain but nothing.

Hard to tell what it is. With a pain of 1 I would suspect not much, maybe you streches something. You could get it checked out, maybe of it gets worse or does'nt go away in two weeks. I personally wouldnt worry too much... any fever? (thats a sign of infection)

could it be colitis, it's like a bowel disorder, the pain come's and goes every now and again? does it ever make you bend over double, then the pain just goes away?
if it does get down to the doctor mate, because it can turn out to be very serious if it's left untreated.
