getting an injury in the middle of a cycle, what do you do??
i was just curious what you guys would do. if you get a mild injury in the middle of a cycle, (bad enough to take a week off)assuming you eat the same, would you stop using gear or just keep everything going?

The juice has remarkable healing abilities. In hospital settings they are used in ways sometimes to help people heal more rapidly. Don't push the injury. Give it time or else It may become a chronic thing. I am living proof of that.

I agree with big r, take some time off. If you continue to work out you could probally hurt yourself even more. I tore some tendons in my shoulder and continued to work out and made it ten times worse. Be smart.

take time off trust me i have tried it so many times the outcome has always been worse, I need operations on both my shoulders have apin everytime i workout due to all this shit
