Hows it goin i havent been around for a while, looks like the site is as strong as usual
got a few questions
first off i have 4 cycles under my belt, got my self to 230 pounds, then had some tough times and i havent worked out or eaten right for about 6 months, started noticing stretch marks and thats when i new it was time to take some action
i plan on going on a diet with weight training and cardio until i get down to around 205-210 (im currently 230, same weight, obviously not same muscle mass)
i was just wondering if someone could help me out with a new cycle to brew up
i was thinking of a test winny cycle but i was wondering if anyone had any better ideas for me
im 20, 5'10.5, 230 and have 4 cycles of
10 weeks of deca 300mg/wk(i kno)
10 weeks of test-e 500mg/wk
4 weeks of dbol 30mg/day + 10 weeks of test-e 500mg/day
14 weeks of test p 90mg/day
all with proper pct
i kno a cycle is nothing without proper diet but i appreciate any help i can get
