i injected last night in my deltoid. i asperated, just bubbles, injected, and then when i pulled out a big stream of blood spurted out along with some of the test. im pissed that i lost some of the test. and now my arm is FUCING KILLING ME, any suggestions on how to make my arm no hurty so much?

just takes time to get used to injections ... just use a warm compress on the delt take some advile and it will be better in a few days . you nicked a vein

its test-e, not even prop, i heard prop hurts even more. im used to the injections, but i think im just gonna stick to the legs, im sore for like 2-3 days and i barely notice it. o well, im gonna do the other arm symmetries sake then go back. thanks all.
