    To Dbol or not To DBol??

    I will be starting a cycle of test E shortly at 500mgs/week for 12 weeks and was wondering whether I should kick start the cycle with 30mgs/day of dbol. I know that dbol is a staple of many simple cycles but I have heard very mixed thing about it. I don't want to get bloated and want to retain quality muscle...

    I was considering prop for the first 4 weeks...

    Any thoughts of any thing else I could use instead of dbol or should I use that?

    I have never cycled before.

    I personally prefer Prop, no sides apart from the shot pain and no bloat. Personally I hate dbol, it suppressed my appetite big time and I got some nice nipple issues as well. Others swear by it., You wont know if its good for you until you try it.

    if you dont want bloat dont do Dbol.

    About this bloat with d-bol. couldn't you avoid most of it by just checking your diet for sodium and water consumption? I will be running it in my fall/winter cycle and plan on limiting my sodium down to nil and two gallons of water ED and only drinking water while on. Along with letro at .5 mg ED I would think that this would help considerably. But I've never ran it with test e and deca so if I am wrong let me know.-Erwin

    I say do it...who cares if it is bloat the extra weight on the scale gives a nice mental boost.

    Tbol is a good choice over Dbol, IMO. No bloat.

    TBol is not an option unfortunately, but I just want quality gains rather than deceiving bloat. For my first cycle would prop be to hard?

    nope, prop is great. If you want to run dry, then do what Erwin wrote about the letro.

    IMO there is absolutely no need for D-bol on a 1st cycle, and if prop is being used then a kick start isn't really needed anyway as prop kicks in pretty quick.
    I would stay keep it simple and do just prop or cyp/enan. King

    Agreed.

    For a first cycle, I;d go with Test Prop if I could turn back time. You can control sides easier too. If you dont mind ED injections, it by far the best choice testosterone for a first cycle IMHO.

    I'm doing sust 250 @ 500 a week and d-bol 30 e.d. for 4 weeks. I'm using letro @ .25 e.d and it has kept my bloat to a minimum. I'm seeing some quality gains rather than water retention. I ran 25 mgs d-bol only for 4 weeks with no letro and blew up and put on over 20 lbs in 4 weeks. they were obviously not quality gains, mostly water, and i lost it as quickly as i gained it.
    From my experience you can kick start with the d-bol effectively using letro to keep from blowing up like a water balloon. Just be sure to watch your b.p. using those two compounds.

    This is completely and individual thing though.Just because you didn't blow up with the d-bol doesn't mean someone else wont. The idea is if its someones 1st cycle you do one compound at a time which allows the user to see how they react without throwing other things in there which they may or may not get sides from. JMO

    If your first cycle, stick with just the test. Add the dbol to your next cycle, but see how your body reacts to the test first.
