    my first aas cycle, help please

    Ok, I dont know too much about this stuff, but my current plan was to stack deca and winn for 6 weeks, then use nolva as my pct. Im reading these threads about 1-13-250mg(example) for a cycle per week, I dont understand these numbers at all, so would anyone be able to help me out on how many mg I should start out at beginning, and how much I should end in my 6 week cycle for both. Also how often would I take that dose (how many times per week), but im 5'10 at 160 and im 21.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Ive been searching and really cant find out what the numbers mean, or what kind of cycle I should do. Or if I should get more things dealing with the pro hormones. Because I really dont gyno ! !

    seens that you havent done your homework bro, do more research before you even think about touching ass, and you too young to be using ass, at your age your body produces enough hormones, eat bro that's what you need..eat..eat

    Not a good idea, especially for a 1st cycle - forget pro-hormones, wait a couple of years to do AAS, train & eat like a champ & do some more research in the mean time.

    Despite your young age, with your height and weight, your body is NOT ready to do AAS and I would not suggest deca and winny for the first timer ever.

    Your framework needs more weight on it before ever considering AAS. At your height, I wouldn't start AAs until you reach about 190-200 naturally. You will make much better gains once you get your diet and training in line

    You have to eat to grow. check out the diet froum first and see how to eat properly to gain some mass first. AAS si not a magic pill and will not make up for where you are lacking in the food intake departmen

    I have been eating, its very hard for me to gain weight. I am pretty bound on doing this, ive been eating alot for the past 2 months, and ive only gained about 12 pounds, muscle and fat. I looked a little deeper and I think maybe this sounds good. If im wrong can you steer me in the right direction, and maybe your dosage suggestion.

    wk 1-6

    400 mg/wk of deca
    and 50mg/day of winstrol

    for post cycle

    30mg/day of nolva

    12ilbs in two months thats pretty good

    your firrst cycle should be test

    deca only not a good idea
    research deca dick in the search bar youll see why

    Where did you look to find this ??!! Deca & Winny for 6 weeks is a terrible cycle for anyone, let alone a first timer.

    I would feel very uncomfortable recommending any type of cycle for you at the moment partly due to your age, but mainly cos you sound like you're gaining fine without gear....

    like i said......
    wait a couple of years to do AAS, train & eat like a champ & do some more research in the mean time.

    test only for the first cycle...
    But If your set on running deca , run it with test c.. that is a good bulker cycle....

    You have made 12 lbs gains in two months because your body is full of natural testosterone !

    Deca and winny for six weeks is a waste of money, not to mention that you will have no sex drive.

    How long have you been training? You need at least two years of heavy training before you use gear or else you are going to risk serious injury to your joints, ligaments, and muscles because they won't be ready for the stress of the heavier weights you are going to be able to lift.

    First time gear users should do test and you should wait a few years before doing this or any other gear.

    Go buy some CEE creatine (cycle it for 2 months) and eat, train your ass off, and get plenty of rest, and you will get bigger. Once you reach your natural potential (which you haven’t), and you want to still get bigger, then use gear. By then you should know enough about it.
