Sust/Deca/Eq Comments wanted

26 years old
Lifting 6 years
6'1 213lbs and 11% bf
Approximate lifts, Deadlift 425, Squat 450, Bench 310.
Last cycle finished mid july (300mgs deca weekly) and pct just finished. I started the last cycle before finding this board and I have hopefully gained some knowledge over the past few months. I did an earlier deca only cycle about 3 years ago but diet was bad and I'm uncertain if the gear was even legit. My avatar is a fairly recent pic to get an idea of my size and bf although I have lost a little bf since it was taken.
Goals:
I am debating entering my first comp next summer and my next cycle will be used to add some mass without putting on too much fat. This will not be used as my pre-competition cycle.
Proposed Cycle
I would appreciate any comments on my proposed next cycle. I will be running a cycle either this winter or spring (I'm still debating). I am planning on running 500mg of Sust weekly taken every third day (maybe EOD depending on what I run with it). On my last cycle which was deca only at 300mg weekly, I experienced very good increases in size and strength (put on about 25lbs and have kept 20). I also experienced a lot of joint pain as a result of the increased weights I was lifting. Based on this, I was thinking about adding deca at 200-300mgs per week into my next cycle to help with joint pain. I am also thinking about running Equipose at 400-600mg weekly. So my cycle currently looks like the following:
Sust 500mg weekly - weeks 1-12
Equipose 400mg weekly - weeks 1-12
Deca 300mg weekly - weeks 1-10
I would appreciate any comments/suggestions. Let me know if anyone would like any additional information. (For example, If it would be helpful, I can give Mizfit my number :7up: ).
