    uk benadryl alternative ?

    quick question - when cycling clen benadryl is recommended because of the diphenhydramine correct? is there any other factor 2pick benadryl for?its just diphenhydramine is found in nytol at 50mg doses so wud be financially better4me. any input or anything I'm overlooking?.

    yes nytol is fine. you can also use sleepeaze which is boots own brand and even cheaper.
