i was telling my friend that i was trying to find a place to get my pct and he just gave these to me
(30 tablets of 50mg omifin)(20 tablets 25mg proviron)and(20 tablets serophene) not to mention the (10ml bottle of propionat qv100)
my cycle will be 500mg test cypionate a week for 12 weeks unless someone knows how i could incorporate the propionat.
how should i set up my pct or do i need to buy anything else?

I'm guessing the juice of test prop. You can run that at same time your start the cyp as a kick start if you wanted.

how much?...do i inject the same days and dosage the test cyp...that seems like alot for a 1st timer...what do you think i could do with the pct gear?

Or you can use it as a kickstart at the begining

whats wrong with them? what do you think i should get?
yeah i read prop was a good test to use because of how fast it works but i also read that it will cause hight estrogen...what dosages of prop should i consider...or how should i work it in to my cycle if i do?
im 5'9,225,21,diets ok but im gettin it in check

I would go with SMAN and run the prop after the last shot of cyp.

Weeks 1 - 12 500mg Test Cyp EW
Then after your last shot of Cyp start taking 75mg Test Prop ED for 15 days.
3 days after your last Prop shot start PCT.
