EQ and TEST PRO AMOUNT ? HELP !

Hey guys...I'm starting my contest cycle. I wanted to do (12 weeksout)
EQ:600mgsweek
Test Prop:400mgs/week
Tren Acetate:400mgs/week
Winny:50mg/day

But my trainer thinks its better if i do it this way

EQ:400mgs/week
Test Prop:600mgs/week
Tren:400mgs/week
Winny:50mg/day

what should I do?

EQ: 600mg/wk
Prop: 600mg/wk

Give us more details and previous cycles, how long you running the winny? 12 weeks is way too long IMHO
