Hey everybody lets start out with some stats 6'3 230 at 14% BF
First cycle was sust250 at 500mg a week
im looking to lean up and build some lean mass... this is what im thinking for the second cycle
Week 1-8 Deca 400mg a week
Week 1-2 5-6 9-10 clen 80mcg daily
week 3-4 7-8 T3 50mcg daily ...
week 9-11 pct
Want any opinions.. suggestions would be great ultimate goals would be to be about 235-240 at 7-9% BF thanks everybody
