Bridging with ANAVAR...does it work or is it possible ?
as you all know gains really slow down with AAS at around 8 weeks and iv been on for quite a fair bit longer than that now and gains are definitly to a halt... if i have a good 3 months off then start again i should obviously grow again - my question is could i use anavar and at what dose as a bridge between cycles and still grow the same as i would without the var as a bridge in my time off and PCT

The problem with Anvar is that is will mess up your LDL and HDL in a negative way. The main purpose of -time off- is to get your blood
levels back in order.

Anavar suppresses test. 80mg per day has been shown to decrease test levels by 66%. It does adversely affect cholestrol too. It also elevates liver enzyme (meaning it is liver toxic). So it is useless for bridging just like most AS are.

Anavar can be run at a small dose of 5-10mg without shutting you down. I've heard that some pro athletes will do this in between mega-dose short ester cycles. I'm reading up on it now to find out how effective it truly is in "cruising".

For bridging I'd run it at least 50mg/ed....

from what I hear, 40mg/ed barely does anything for you, so to be safe Id stick around 50. but to each his own...

The whole reason to "bridge", is to hold gains while restoring your natural hormone levels. 50mg of var ed will shut you down, making it a "cruise", not a bridge. Might as well run test at 250mg EW.

The body builds up a tolerance to gear so bridging/cruising/coasting will only mean you will have to increase the amount of gear with the next cycle to produce gains, have good time of and recover and get your body fresh then it will produce excellent quality gains with the next cycle,
If all your gains have stopped on your cycle at wk 8 why ask if you will produce more gains if you bridge with var? if you was going to produce more gains you wouldn't of stopped at wk 8.

Go to IFL and read about Ross's post on cruising on compounds that dont cause total HPTA shutdown for long peroids and bridging between cycles that do use compounds that cause shutdown. He suggests your pituitary begins to recover when certain "Non-inhibitory" compounds are used AFTER compounds that cause total shutdown?
I found it very intresting.
