    Nolva only PCT?

Anyone tell me how Nolva only PCT would be run after 250 Test E/week for 10 weeks?

I would go 20mg ED for 20-30 days. Many will tell you to throw Clomid in as well, but I have read many posts on Nolva only PCT and you should be OK. I did essentially a Nolva only PCT after 12 weeks of Test E at 500mg/wk and all was well. I also did 3g of Trib per day throughout the PCT to further promote natural production. good luck.

Thanks, I had also heard some stories about problems some had with clomid. Just out of curiosity how much did you gain/keep from the Test E only cycle. Appreciated.

Ive done nolva only and nolva/clomid and kept more of my gains from the second one. IMO, nolva only is not a good choice.

I gotta agree with roid attack. Although, a clomid, l-dex, trib PCT work wonders too.

With such a light cycle of the Test E, I just don't want to have more problems/sides from PCT than from the Test itself.

Finding the right PCT takes trial and error. There are so many factors that come into play, it's damn near impossible to know which one will work best for you as a person. Nolva only will work, although many do better with clomid included. Whatever you do, be sure to increase saturated fats as high as you can through PCT.

Really? Saturated fats? Thanks, I didn't know about the need to do that. I appreciate the info.

I can see why you say that buff. Saturated fats are actually known to drive up natty test levels. That's some very good info there.

Exactly. Too many times are they not taken into account in a PCT diet. I feel this will make or break the success of any PCT.

Thanx for that insight, buff. I would've never figured that out. I'm gonna PCT in 2 weeks, so I'll keep that in mind.
