my current cycle is
1-10 test-e 250mg/3.5 days
9-13 winstrol 50mg ed
13-17 PCT
3 questions: 1. is it safe to bump the winstrol up to 100 mg everyday?
2. is there a difference between 50mg ed and 100mg eod?
3. i see alot of people take the tamox/nolvadex starting week 1 of the whole cycle, i havent been taking any anti estrogen. is it safe to start taking it mid cycle? ive been breaking out in my face kinda badly.
It's better to take 50mgs ed compared to taking it 100mgs eod because it has such a short half life. I think it's half life is 10 hours. Also, yes you should definately be taking an anti-e. It's not too late, go ahead and take the nolva you got.
Nolva will not help with acne related sides. You'll need an AI, such as arimidex or letro, not a SERM.

all i have for pct is clomid and tamox, whats the dosage for the tamox? 50mg ed?
That's true buff, but he's better off taking nolva at the least rather than not taking any kind of anti-e.
is there a time to take the anti e? like ed first thing in the morning/before you goto sleep?

and just one note: PCT is every bit Important as the TEST cycle so IMO you should have every thing you need BEFORE you start your cycle ... becasue nothing worse than needing something and not have it... so better safe than sorry
