Your diet is way off. One meal a day sucks, thats going backwards. Your actually slowing down your metabolism like that. Try some sample cutting diets in the diet section. You need to be running at least 3 times per week if your going in the service.Cut back to a 1 mile and work your way up. Do it slowly till you get adjusted to it. Your going to be running everyday there, better get used to it, if thats what you want to do. And by the way, why don't some of you guys give him some decent advice. AAS is not what he needs, but you could come up with something to help him out a little .
