    New to the Board - Trenbolone Acetate

    Just gotta say...Great forum..

    I have a couple questions regarding some cycles and would like some input..
    I have about 6 bottles of Test Cyp, 10 ampules of sust., and two bottles of Trenbolone (the depo/cyp kind)
    I am about 6-2, 300lbs and do strength sports..I wish to not really gain any additional weight but need to gain some serious strength...
    I also have some A-50's too..
    what are some cycles you peeps recommend? duration, quantity..etc...
    for now I am doin Test and Winstrol ....started off 4 weeks ago at 1 cc a week of test and 20mg of winnie a day with 10 mg of d-bol day..
    i've increased the Test .5cc a week..I figure about an 8 week cycle..for now..

    again this is my first post here...I reall respect this forum and alot of the people on here...

    oh..also..I was thinkin of dropping the winnie and doin the tren ..I heard it's great for strength and cutting...and these are the items I have now..and don't really wish to get any more so would like to know how to utilize what I have access to currently

    First off running the d-bol with the winnie could be a bad combo on the liver. What is your cycle history? What are the strengths of the gear you bought? EX: test cypionate 250mg/ml? Are you able to get any ancillaries and/or Pct? That d-bol dose is quite low.

    yeah your current doses are quite low...and tren is not to be taken lightly as it is VERY powerful shit

    as stated, what's the rest of your cycle history?

    Well I've thought about droppin the d-bol..cuz of that liver issue..so that will probably stop on monday....and I knew it was a little low but I wanted a little kick start but didn't want to totally overload my liver...
    the cyp is 200/ml...
    and I was mistaken..I haven't received my Trenbolone yet..I was thinkin of running the Tren with the test once it arrives..droppin the winnie and d-bol..

    I've cycled test and d-bol about 3 other times...but it was about 18 yrs ago..maybe even 20 yrs ago..I am 40 now...I have pretty much peaked out on my strength naturally...so wanted to do a little kick in the pants cycle to get some of my numbers up..and maybe use the Tren to "cut" my bodyfat down a bit..right now I'm about 25-28% BF...
    OH..and I eat pretty damn clean too..very high protein..(300-350grms a day) medium carbs...and low low fats...about 3500-4000 calories a day...

    well, before the tren can cut you up, i would say you need to diet hard and drop a lot of that bf%...25-28 is pretty high, and the tren wont be able to help much with that..

    i say get on a strict diet, do cardio 6x wk for 45-60 min in the AM on an empty stomach, and maybe take some clen ..try to get that bf down to 16% or so at the most, and you will be ready to really reap the benefits of tren

    well..my concern with the "hardcore" cuttin such as cardio 6x a week is loss of strength..I can't afford to lose any strength...if I could stay the same weight and get stronger I'd take that...(but I guess we can't have our cake and eat it too)
    I've probably dropped a few percentage points on the BF since I started really eating clean (about 8 weeks ago)..and from a physiological standpoint..the more muscle mass you have..the more calories and fat burning capabilities your body has. Tren is supposed to be very helpful in increasing lean muscle mass which would help in the fat burning area...
    I am not looking to get down to a 6% BF...just looking to get stronger without getting heavier..so I may just have to got up to around 315 or so..then cut back down over the next year...maybe????
    and thanks guys ..for the input by the way...this board is awesome

    OH..also..I do cardio 2x a week..and utilize the zone 1 fat burning method for my cardio..to optimize my fat burning capabilities..this was initialized by a VO2Max test to pin point my anerobic and arobic thresholds....if that makes any sense...lol

    if i were you, and i was serious about the strength increase, i would gain what you can in strength, and then cut down later as you said when it's better for you to be doing that..my suggestion would be

    up the test to 1.5 ml (300mg) every 3.5 days---when shooting that test 2 xwk, it will give you more stable blood levels and better gains/less sides

    drop the winny--it's useless here, especially at that dose

    drop the dbol for now, as you have already been on it for 4 wks, get some more, and run it at the end of your cycle

    extend your cycle a little bit

    so this would give you
    (done 4 wks already)
    4-12 600mg/wk test (1.5ml every 3.5 days)
    10-14 dbol @35-40mg ED

    start pct 18 days after alst cyp shot

    this should give you some good strength gains..you can minimize water retention w some arimidex if you wish..perhaps try to up the cardio to 3-4 times per wk to help curb some of the fat gain

    I see what your saying. Your a powerlifter. First off, you need to keep the test at one consistent dosage. Do not pyramid the test. That will only cause unstable blood levels and more sides. Also, the tren will help you with strength gain, but what you really need is halotestin . That shit will ramp up your strength but will not bloat you up.

    thanks man...that is exactly what I was looking for...so I will keep the cyp at twice a week...Now..here's an elementary question..is a ml equal to a cc?

    1ml=1cc

    once you diet down after this cycle, i would say that you should consider tren a @50mg ED for 6-8 wks alongside some test..the strength gains are amazing

    halo i have never tried, but hear good things

    ED is everyday..correct? now riddle me this...you're gonna stick yourself over 50 times over the course of the cycle....where the hell do you stick yourself..I mean..my ass gets sore with one a week..let alone one every freakin day!

    1.5" for Quad is fine, 1" for delt. I use 1" for everything and throw in pecs and calves when rotating daily injects.
