first timmer

hey i have alot of questions regarding steriod use , i have done alot of research (dont understand it all) and just wondering what you guys would suggest starting with? ive been lifting weights for a few years now and have been through the weight gainers and a creatine here and there but it doesent seem to work , guess im a hard gainer, anysuggestions? thanks

I suggest you understand it before you start a cycle. As for being a hard gainer what does your diet look like.
